HVAC Maintenance Technician

*Maintenance Technician* We are hiring an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician in Monroeville, PA.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall appearance and maintenance of the apartment community.
Candidates must have maintenance knowledge to include basic carpentry, interior/exterior maintenance, appliance repairs, electric, plumbing, pools and HVAC *Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* * Respond and complete resident service requests in a timely manner * Resolve and provide preventative maintenance and repairs on A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliances * Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status * Must be able to multitask and prioritize * Must be available for after-hour emergency calls when needed *Requirements:* * Must have a least Five (5) years of apartment maintenance experience * Must have a High School Diploma or GED * HVAC- EPA Certification Required * CPO- Certified Pool Operator’s License preferred * Must have excellent people skills * Must be able to prioritize and complete tasks correctly and in a timely manner * Must be able to pass a criminal background check * Valid Driver’s License required * Reliable transportation required Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift Supplemental pay types: * Quarterly bonus Work Location: In person
