We are currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic candidate to assist in real estate development projects, based out of the Pittsburgh (Bridgeville) office.
Job Description and Responsibilities
The intern will be a member of the Development team and will work on numerous real estate opportunities and internal projects to learn critical skills and methods used in the commercial real estate industry.
Responsibilities will include:
Participate as a member of the Development team; sit in on meetings, interact with different departments, and actively work with leadership
Assist Development managers in execution of work which may pertain to all aspects of a development project life cycle:
Sourcing
Due diligence
Design
Underwriting
Financing
Construction
Help prepare presentation materials for internal meetings, potential partners, and lenders
Special assignments as needed

Enrollment in an accredited business, construction, or real estate degree program
Demonstrated interest in learning more about real estate development and/or construction
Strong writing skills with great attention to detail
Adaptable to fast, ever-changing environment
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a flexible schedule
VERY Familiar to Proficient with Excel, Word, Power Point, Gmail, G-Drive.
Familiar with Google Office Suite, Zoom/Teams, Other misc software applications.
