*Brief Company Overview* We are a property management company, with about 275 units throughout the north western area of Pittsburgh.
We are currently looking to bring on a full-time Leasing Manager to help facilitate growth of our management portfolio.
This person will be responsible for various daily tasks integral to successful operation of the business.
This position comes with the immense growth opportunity, dependent upon the work ethic, long-term goals, and overall job performance of the individual applying.

*Position Responsibilities:* *-Leasing* * Oversee the entire leasing process, including managing the leasing agents * Send all leases to approved applicants * Make sure everything is prepared prior to all move-ins (Key packets, all move-in charges are collected, utility numbers, renters insurance, etc.

) * Help lease out apartments if necessary * Gather all marketing material and prepare apartment listings * Discuss/finalize all lease terms with property owners * Follow up with leads that haven’t been responded to * Help keep touring systems operating smoothly * Communicate with tenants regarding various questions and concerns * Conduct weekly audits of all rental listings to ensure they are fully published correctly * Regularly update organizational spreadsheets *-Renewals* * Update the renewal tracking sheet * Draft and send out renewal offers * Get approval from owners on all renewal changes 120+ days in advance of lease expiration.
*-Maintenance* * Input work orders received into our property management software * Communicate with tenants about maintenance issues/timelines * General Tenant Correspondence * Respond to any tenant questions or concerns, or notify property manager if needed *-General* * Assist with daily operations as needed *Position Requirements* * Must be professional in communication with tenants, and vendors.
* Must be well organized, with a high attention to detail.
* Must have an entrepreneurial mindset, and willing to adapt as the role evolves * Must possess the ability to creatively solve problems.
* Must have or be willing to obtain a PA real estate license within the 6 months of employment.
* Must have reliable transportation.
*Position Details* * Starting Salary Range: $44,000-$50,000 * Benefits Negotiable * PTO/Sick Time * 40 hours per week * 1 work from home day per week * Flexible Schedule * Fun work environment * Career and Business Development Training Job Type: Full-time Pay: $44,000.
