Arbors Management currently has an opening for a motivated Real Estate Leasing Specialist! Since 1982, Arbors Management has been working with property owners to successfully manage their real estate portfolios.

As the Leasing Specialist of our East Hills territory, you will oversee all leasing activities in a portfolio of properties located in, and around, the Monroeville, PA area.
Duties include showing vacant properties, initiating new leases and lease renewals, move in / out inspections and listing vacant units online.

This is a full-time position working 40+ hours per week.
The successful outcome of the Leasing Specialist will include:
Maintain an average of 90% or higher occupancy rate within the portfolio
Respond to rental inquiries within 24 hours or next business day
Manage utility changeover within 48 hours after a tenant moves out
As soon as possible, get upcoming or ready-to-rent units posted online for rent
Enter work order requests when inspecting a unit for immediate repair
Maintaining positive customer and tenant relationships
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years Experience in a customer facing industry (Real Estate preferred)
Knowledge of Leasing or Real Estate Sales
Have, or be willing to obtain, a PA Real Estate Salesperson License within 1 year of employment
Must have Personal transportation, Valid driver’s license and Vehicle Insurance
Be comfortable traveling in and around the East Hills (Monroeville, Greensburg, Penn Hills, New Kensington)
Must pass pre-employment drug and background screens
