Real Estate / Human Resource AssistantMonroeville, PA$17-20 per hour
Arbors Management has a new opening for a Real Estate and Human Resource Assistant.
This position will be a hybrid role serving both the Arbors Real Estate (ARE) division and the Human Resource department.
This full-time position will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (or similar).

Responsibilities for the Real Estate Division will include:
Answer phones and make outbound calls
Complete buyer agency agreements
Complete MLS listings and upload photos
Update MLS site when properties are sold
Schedule ‘For Sale’ sign installs and tear downs
Schedule dye tests, occupancy inspections and other needed services
Solicit Google reviews from customers
Create and send monthly market update messages via Mailchimp
Responsibilities for the Human Resource Department will include:
Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates as they apply
Document phone interview notes about the candidate in recruiting software
Create job descriptions, offer letters and other correspondence
Conduct new hire orientations
Attend job fairs
File, fax and organize documents
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent.
Associate degree or higher in a business related field is preferred
Excellent writing abilities
Outgoing and friendly personality (must be comfortable on the phone)
Strong technical skills including Google Suite
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
