*Property Manager* needed to manage two communities.
Hempfield Surburban is located at 109 Cardinal Drive, Jeannette PA 15644 and Memock Manor is located at 105 Lambert Land, Greensburg, PA 15601.
This position prefers an individual who has prior property management experience and strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving abilities (must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to adapt to multiple and changing priorities).
Results are achieved by facilitating the optimum performance of the property (maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation) in areas such as leasing, marketing/sales, resident retention, rent collection, maintaining positive resident and employee relations (including the consistent and impartial enforcement of community rules and standards), eviction execution, office administration, property condition/maintenance activity monitoring and quality assurance (e.
g.
, must be ever-vigilant to what needs attention at the property while adhering to established quality and appearance standards - conducting inspections, distributing notices of rule violations to residents and issuing work order requests to the maintenance staff), and information reporting.

*Requirements*: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required with essential competencies in data entry (basic computer skills with proficiency in Excel and Yardi System beneficial, filing, answering phones, familiarity with legal aspects/fair housing and landlord/tenant laws, eviction procedures and attendance at court proceedings as necessary.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to learn and perform each essential duty satisfactorily and possess the ability to develop rapport with residents, staff and corporate as a "team player.
" The ability to understand and/or perform simple maintenance duties required as is the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time (weekly individual and park inspections are mandatory).
Must maintain on-site community office during regular business hours and by appointment (for sales and leasing) and oversee in the day-to-day operations of the property in all assigned areas.
Use of personal vehicle is necessary to facilitate required errands to the bank, post office, courthouse, etc.
(mileage is reimbursed).
