Nice mobile home park needs a self-motivated Property Office Manager.
100% of the mobile homes are owned by Tenants.
We have, and strive to maintain good relations with our residents, and to provide a clean well-maintained property for them.

About You:
Should be energetic, self-motivated with strong customer service capabilities and attention to detail.
Prior experience managing a mobile home park and coursework with the WMA are good, but not necessary.
You should have basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer, email).
Experience with Rent Manager is a plus, but necessary
About the Property Manager Job:
Collect rents, post late notices (about 4th/month), violations and light mowing around the community, schedule outside vendors to make major repairs.
Good record-keeping skills – each tenant’s lease, notices, etc.
must be kept properly filed.
Please have professional appearance and be courteous to our residents.
This is a part-time position; however, you should be reachable most of the day and evening for emergencies.
About the Compensation:
Salary $15/hr but depends on experience.
We will provide onsite housing if needed compensation package.
