We are seeking an experienced, energetic Property Manager for The Estates at Seven Fields , a 242 unit, luxury apartment and townhouse community located in Seven Fields, PA.
The Property Manager working at this location will hit the ground running with an exceptional staff in place.
Great work location close to shopping and dining with easy on/off the interstate for an easy commute!
The Property Manager position oversees all operations of the property including, but not limited to, marketing, leasing, resident relations, property inspections, supervising maintenance, and budgeting.
Candidate must be friendly, outgoing, self motivated and dependable and must be proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office.
Proficiency with RealPage/OneSite software a plus.
5 or more years experience as a Property Manager is preferred.
