Looking for a RESCUE to take this pup (Pittsburgh)

I don’t have a lot of information on him, my friend got him a recently and it’s not working out with her other dog.
He’s about a year old, most likely needs shots, and isn’t fixed.
Gets along well with cats, he’s GREAT with kids.
He’s under 10 pounds, and will need someone to keep up on his grooming.
