Sweet special cat (White Oak,Pa)

My cat special needs cat (blind) is in need of a special owner.
She was originally adopted from a shelter.
She has a sweet disposition and is very playful and energetic.
I am homebound and unable to care for her.
I will ask for a modest rehoming fee and require references.
