This guitar is a labor of love.
I originally purchased this guitar in West Virginia; it was converted to a 6-string by the prior owner I bought it off of with no-name neck and tune-o-matic bridge.
Luckily the original neck was also included.
The guitar was converted back to its former glory as a 12-string guitar with its original neck by a local luthier I trust with all my work.
He hand cut the new bridge as sourcing a vintage bridge proved difficult.
I sourced vintage Harmony tone knobs as it had god-awful speed knobs when I acquired it.
The guitar is in good vintage condition for a guitar from the late 1960s - it is a player grade instrument that is equally at home on stage or in studio.
Sonically, this guitar is perfection with the original DeArmond gold foil pickups still singing.
There is some cracking on the headstock that was repaired before I acquired it and assessed to be a solid repair.
Similarly there is some repaired cracking by the input jack.
There are a few dings and scratches that I tried to highlight but expect some minor scratches and finish checking throughout the instrument.
If you have any questions on the condition please ask and I can provide or take more photos or even a video if needed.
My goal is to place this guitar with someone who is excited to play and own it!
(non-original) case included.
