Six-string pure acoustic guitar (no electronics).
It has a solid Sitka spruce top, mahogany back and sides, a mahogany neck, a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, scallop bracing, and tortoise body binding.
It also has a plain rosewood fretboard with side dots, nickel tuners, a bone nut and saddle, and a natural gloss finish.
Recording King guitars are conceived of in the United States by luthier Greg Rich and his design team.
The instruments are made in China, but set up and inspected back in the US.
This particular guitar is in very nice condition.
I found a small nick on the headstock beneath the decal and another on the upper waist (both very small).
No cracks at all and the finish is pristine.
Professionally setup for fast low action.
No buzzing.
Excellent intonation.
If you can't afford a Martin or Taylor, and want an inexpensive guitar with tone that won't disappoint, look no further.
Also available is a nearly new hard shell dreadnaught case.
Only a couple marks on the back of the case.
You can have the guitar with or without the case if you don't need one.
I prefer playing smaller body guitars lately, and have over 20 different guitars so it's time to sell some that I'm not playing as much.
I love Recording King guitars and this has been one of the best dreadnaught guitars I've owned, but I do have a Martin, sooo.
