This 54' Kawai Baby Grand IS IN EXCELLENT, IN FACT "BEAUTIFUL" CONDITION.
The instrument was played for seven years by my late wife, a music teacher an pianist.
For the past SEVEN years, the instrument has not been played but rather has sat quiet in my living room as I do not play.
Due to downsizing my home for a move, I cannot take the piano with me.
The piano was recently tuned and cleaned by a professional piano tuner and has also been appraised by a professional piano historian/appraiser.
