Broken Floor Lamp - $5 (Seven Fields)

Broken floor lamp.
Added lightbulb but will not turn on.
On/Off rod does click when turned.
Black metal base.
Frosted glass bowl top.
Three levels of shelves.
Very sturdy base.
Almost 70" in height.
I'm sure that someone out there knows how to fix this.
