Homeless with service animal (Monaca)

I’ve been calling local places from New Brighton to Pittsburgh for over a week and cannot seem to get ahold of anyone.
I’m on foot and cannot find work.
I have the applications to prove I’ve been applying.
I’m a hard worker, but cannot seem to land a job.
Is there any homeless programs that help with job placement? I’m hungry and really tired.
I’ve been applying for job in person and online.
Nothing.
I don’t understand.
I’ve even begged for a job.
Nothing.
Can someone please explain? I’m currently living in a lady’s basement but I have to move out in two days.
I don’t know what to do.
No one will hire or check applications.
