DO NOT HIRE Robert Morlacci, an electrician based in Apollo, PA, for any type of work.
He shows up, gives you a real good story about how well he can do the job, no need for contracts or anything official, best price, etc.
Then he’ll get his first part of the payment and begin the job.
And then… he says it’s time for the next part of the payment, to buy more stuff for the job.
Then the next payment.
Then follows a long stream of excuses and delays of why he can’t finish it this week, it’ll be next week, and the next week, and the next week, and so on.
He claims to be a “Service disabled veteran owned business”.
Well, what good is that if he is a dishonorable person who takes money and does not do the work?
