WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE IS WHAT WE HELP WITH: • Developing a business plan to set up and launch your own insurance business • Identifying potential customers and establish relationships with them • Developing marketing and advertising strategies for your insurance agency • Complete CRM and computer software to run your business and track ALL production • A live back office administrative assistant to help manage your clients • Understanding and complying with state and federal laws and regulations related to insurance • Staying up to date on industry trends and changes • Becoming a rockstar in financial literacy by learning how money works and how to help others do the same • Utilizing creative problem solving skills to overcome challenges • Collaborating with other team members to ensure successful operations COMPENSATION: With paid training bonuses starting at $300 per client for new agents and $1100 per client + bonuses as the owner.
Our compensation model is based on performance, giving you the opportunity to make as much as you want to make.
