The Sr.
Backend Developer is responsible for the design and development in support of company applications, integrations, and acts as a subject matter expert in the development of software with high code quality.

Job Description
Experience Required: 5 to 10 years backend development experience
Education Desired: Bachelors Degree Information Technology or related field
MUST HAVE expert experience in ReactJS
Previous experience with WebPack build configuration and knowledge of PN packages
Job Responsibilities
Work on a wide scope of tasks including production support, feature requests, and application integrations while collaborating successfully with business and other IT resources
Develop software elements for company applications using defined best practices and standards
Create and perform comprehensive unit tests
Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
Actively contributes to directing efforts of the development teams, including internal and external team members
Perform root cause analysis for reported system issues
Adhere to and participates in the code review process
Complete work by projected deadlines while adhering to defined software development life cycle (SDLC) standards and processes
Collaborate with application Development team to devise technical solutions to meet business needs
Adaptable to learn new and emerging technologies
Objectively review and recommend software products to support integration and buy -vs build
Support vendor implementation projects if integration is required with existing applications
Provide support in creation of departmental standards and diagrams
Set up API's between service and the main app
